Since the beginning I've always felt an special attraction for things that are visual attractive because I really think powerful solutions should never be against simplicity and beauty, so that's something that every product that I've worked for I try to show.
When I began developing software, I was deeply influenced by the video games of my childhood. Without realizing it, those experiences planted a seed in me—a fascination with not just functionality but also the aesthetics and usability of software. This curiosity drove me to dive deeper into software engineering, exploring not only coding but also the processes behind execution and delivery.
As I started designing and building things from scratch, I felt a strong instinct to focus on usability—how people or end-users would interact with what I created. Around that time, I discovered Test-Driven Development (TDD), which revolutionized my approach. It taught me to think differently, addressing problems methodically and prioritizing quality from the outset.
Over time, I’ve worked with countless tools, frameworks, and methodologies that have streamlined my journey. However, none have been as transformative as my understanding of Agile frameworks. Agile taught me to see beyond the surface—beyond post-its on a board—and recognize agility as a mindset and culture. True agility is about ownership, accountability, and delivering sustained high-quality results. It’s about understanding people’s mindsets and habits and fostering meaningful change within teams and organizations.
Agility, at its core, connects every aspect of an organization—from foundational principles to the quality of interactions between team members. It has shown me that real speed doesn’t come from rushing; it comes from executing with precision, clarity, and a shared commitment to excellence.

My Journey: From Engineer to Product Manager The first decade of my career was dedicated to software engineering, focusing primarily on web applications and specializing in the .NET platform. I later transitioned into management, starting as a Project Manager for two years before discovering my passion for Product Management while collaborating with my first startup. This pivotal moment redefined my career path, and for the past 10 years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of Product Management—without ever losing touch with my technical roots. I continue to code in my free time, developing personal projects and honing my skills.

Fintech Expertise and Beyond: While I’ve contributed to a wide range of industries, approximately 80% of my Product Management experience lies in the Fintech sector. I have worked on products from inception to evolution, spanning both B2C and B2B markets, with a focus on creating impactful, scalable solutions.

Global and Multicultural Collaboration: Throughout my career, I’ve worked across various geographies, time zones, and multicultural teams. This global exposure has equipped me with the adaptability and communication skills required to thrive in diverse environments.
